Dan Parisi is a BTS Partner and the Managing Director of BTS San Francisco, a respected partner in strategic change processes.
Mr. Parisi began his career at BTS USA in 1995 as a junior trainer and simulation facilitator.
During his career at BTS, he has pioneered the application of customized business simulations for leading Fortune 500 clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Texas Instruments, Toyota, and others. He has personally facilitated the training of more than 7,500 executives and managers using computer-based business simulations.
Mr. Parisi uses business simulations as a “behavioral laboratory” for executives to get feedback on their leadership and team effectiveness skills as well as business skills. He is also responsible for product development simulations that teach managers and engineers the complex inter-dependencies and trade-offs of time/cost/performance that must be balanced in order to win in the high-tech market place.
Mr. Parisi is the co-author of “Creating a Customer Centric Culture: Walking a Mile in the Customer's Shoes” at Texas Instruments and “Using Business Simulations for Executive Development.” Training magazine named him one of the 10 Top Young Trainers in the U.S. for 2008. In 2007, he was selected by Marshall Goldsmith to join The Marshall Goldsmith “Distinguished Thought Leaders Library” as a result of his years of pioneering work in executive business acumen simulations.
He received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Philosophy from SUNY Stony Brook, with Magna Cum Laude distinction and his MBA in Finance from NYU.
