Jason Zeman is Associate Director of Sales Training and Development at Watson Pharmaceuticals. The company is engaged in the development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of generic pharmaceuticals and specialized branded pharmaceutical products focused on urology, women's health and nephrology.

Mr. Zeman entered the pharmaceutical industry in 2001 as a clinical sales representative in the women’s health division of Watson Pharmaceuticals. He quickly advanced to the position of Senior Training Manager and then to Associate Director. He has led key projects that have changed the culture of Watson Pharmaceuticals’ branded business.

Mr. Zeman is now focused on envisioning and implementing innovative ways to leverage Watson’s blended learning technology with the marketing department’s promotional plan and the training department’s development curriculum.

Currently, Mr. Zeman is pursuing an MBA in executive pharmaceutical marketing from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University. A member of Sigma Phi Epsilon, he already holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from West Virginia University. He studied international business while abroad in Seville, Spain at the Cross Cultural Center.

Mr. Zeman is an active member of the Society of Pharmaceuticals & Biotech Trainers (SPBT) and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).
